How do I buy something?

You need to click on the “eshop” tab, go to the products informations sheets you would like to order and select the quantity, then proceed to check out, fill the form with your information and place your order to access to the payment method, leave your payment information, at the end of your shopping experience you’ll receive a mail with your order’s recap.

When will my order be shipped?

Usually, your order will be shipped on the next business day after your order has been confirmed. Items offered as pre order will be shipped later, as soon as they become available. You’re invited to leave your email address to be aware of the official release. Please note that delivery during the sales period can take up to one week.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept the following credit cards: MASTERCARD, MAESTRO UK, AMEX, VISA, UNION PAY, MAESTRO, PAYPAL. You can also pay via Paypal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost depends on your country, more precisely your geographical localization. You can do a simulation cost before the payment.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

In order to offer maximum security in the payment system, L’Esprit Français uses the secure payment systems of the leading financial entities in e-commerce. All confidential data is transferred directly and in an encrypted format (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. For payment by Visa and MasterCard, L’Esprit Français only accepts SET transactions using the 3D Secure international protocol. The basic aim of the Secure Electronic Transactions initiative is to guarantee the security of Internet transactions. It will connect with the issuing bank of the card, which will request authorization for the operation via a personal authentication code. The operation will only proceed if the issuing bank of the card confirms the authentication code. In all other cases, the transaction will be rejected. As a complementary measure to the ‘Secure payment’ system, and in order to collaborate in the prevention of Internet fraud, L’Esprit Français reserves the right to check the personal details provided by customers and to take the appropriate steps (including the cancellation of the order) in order to ensure that goods are dispatched in accordance with the data that is stated on the order.

How can I do if I have lost my account password?

If you don’t remember your password, contact and we can reset it for you. If you’ve tried a few different variations and still can’t get into your account, you’ve probably been locked out! Give it 24 hours to try again, or you can contact us to reset it.

How do I update my billing INFORMATIONs?

Log in to your L’Esprit Français account, go to My Account, then edit the payment information.

I have received a damaged item, how can I have it replaced?

If you received a damaged item, please contact within 30 days of shipping and we’ll take care of it for you.

I want to ask for a refund, how should I do?

Contact us at Cancelling your order online does not automatically get you a refund. Please review our terms for more information. We will give refunds on certain orders that have not been shipped, but once the gift sets have been shipped you can’t exchange or return items for a refund.
